I think I have to explain

You know when I first was attacked ferociously by this stamping bug - I went a little bit crazy.  I know, what a shock!  I couldn't help myself, there was so much "stuff" everywhere and I had to look at it and touch it and then even buy it.  My husband really did help in this regard so much of what I have (that isn't Stampin' UP) HE actually bought for me!  Consequently I have quite a large supply of supplies that aren't Stampin' Up, now that I am an Independent Demonstrator I understand the quality of all those wonderful products that Stampin Up supply and of course how fabulously they work together.  That being said I have made some cards without SU products and thought I might as well show those as well

These were three cards that I put together quite quickly - which really is the beauty of designer series paper.  I am really sorry - but I don't know where this paper is from - it was the only sheet I had and at the time I didn't record the name of it. The cards have used different elements of the DSP which shows how versatile it can be - you don't have to just use full parts of it, cut/punch out the areas you would like to highlight and there you have it. You can see that I have used a 3/4" circle punch to pop out the little circles.  I was quite pleased with the result and am so glad that I had a supply of male cards at the ready, because we all know they can be tricky....the cards that is, I think we have the men worked out!

Supplies used
Cardstock: More mustard, Night of Navy, Whisper white
Ink: Night of navy
Stamps: Think Happy Thoughts
Other: DSP, ribbon, 3/4"circle punch, 1" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch and Crystal Effects.
